OUR fees & operating hours FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Note: In emergencies, works may need to be carried out immediately with no costings at that particular point. For the tradesperson involved, we would charge an hourly rate to complete the investigations and time to complete the job. If you require the tradesperson to investigate the works and then decide not to carry out the works, you will still be charged for the tradesperson to that point.
- 1-hour minimum charge on hourly rate work
- Payment is to be made in full upon receipt of the invoice on work completed by debit or credit card, or on a chip and pin device machine for secure payment.
- Prices are subject to VAT and can be provided before work begins.
- All materials are supplied by us at builder price. No additional charges.
- Estimates are only chargeable on bigger projects due to their complexity, time and distance travelled.
- Invoices to be in digital format showing all works and times.
